In 1978, a small firm opened amid the large corporate real estate developers and realty companies marketing luxury homes and vacation rentals on the blossoming resort islands of Kiawah and Seabrook.

Initially, Pam Harrington Exclusives found its niche among the discerning resort island homeowners who wished to rent their properties during the peak season. From that quiet beginning sprang a full-service real estate company that dominates the marketplace today. After more than three decades we represent the finest vacation rentals on the islands, and have grown into one the area's leaders in luxury real estate sales.

Many individuals and families have come to know and love our natural, thoughtful and personal approach to service. Our clients, who initially came to us seeking seasonal rentals, now have become permanent residents on Kiawah, Seabrook, or the nearby islands.
