James Harringtonjames@kiawahexclusives.comAs the son of Pam Harrington, James grew up in Charleston and on Kiawah Island - sometimes participating in the family business even as a youngster. Always the entrepreneur, he rented bicycles to seasonal guests as a grade-schooler. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2000 he began his career with Mearsk-Seaboard at the Port of Charleston. After a couple of years, the lure of the islands and family tradition prevailed and he returned to real estate and vacation rentals with "the best company I knew." James says, "I enjoy watching Charleston and Kiawah grow. This is what I know and do best." |

Leah Simpsonleah@kiawahexclusives.comLeah is a native South Carolinian who understands the pull of Charleston has for many people who visit the Lowcountry. She's moved here twice! "Charleston is the kind of place you can leave for a while," she explains, "but you're always drawn back" She and her husband love the charm of the city and the lush beauty surrounding us. Leah joined the Pam Harrington Exclusives property management team in 2006. From owners to renters, she enjoys working with a variety of people, and does her best to meet clients' needs. |

Tim Motleytim@kiawahexclusives.comTim grew up in the Northeast and joined the U.S. Army after high school to see the world. "Funny thing is." he jokes, " the only places I saw were Missouri and Iraq." He attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., and majored in accounting. After college, he worked for a federal government subcontractor that required relocation to different cities along the eastern seaboard. That's when he and his wife discovered the Lowcountry. "We instantly fell in love with Charleston and all the southern charm it has to offer." |

Beulah M. MitchellBeulah began her professional housekeeping career in 1980. She has been with Pam Harrington Exclusives in 1995. "I grew up in the Charleston area and now reside on Wadmalaw Island." She enjoys the friendly atmosphere of Kiawah Island and its peaceful surroundings. "It's a pleasure meeting the needs of our seasonal visitors and our property owners." |

Judy HandyJudy is also a native of Charleston. She joined Pam Harrington Exclusives' executive Housekeeping staff in 1993. "Since then, I have enjoyed and taken great pride in providing quality service to our customers assuring them of a great vacation experience on Kiawah Island.
