Pamela Harrington

After graduating from the University of Virginia, Pam began her professional career as an intensive care nurse and she has spent the majority of her adult life in the South Carolina Lowcountry. In 1978, "I established Pam Harrington Exclusives for the sole purpose of renting villas on the fledgling resort island of Kiawah, she says. "Within five years or so, through lasting relationships, I began to sell real estate predominantly on Kiawah Island. From there, business has grown and expanded to where we are today. My dedicated staff and I are here to provide the utmost in personalized service — whether it be selling or renting — to every customer or client."

Sue Gaylard: Assistant to Pam Harrington

Sue is originally from Sydney, Australia. After several trips across the oceans, she now calls Charleston her home. "For the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to be a part of the Pam Harrington Exclusives sales team," she says. "I enjoy working in such a unique market, meeting people from all over the country, and assisting them in their purchases, many of whom have visited Sydney." When not working, Sue is an avid tennis player. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and participating in the many activities and events only the Lowcountry has to offer.

Nee Inabinett

Nee Inabinett is a true Charlestonian and a business graduate of the University of South Carolina. He has been a leader in luxury real estate sales on Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns Island for the past 17 years. Nee is consistently a multi-million dollar producer and is recognized as a REALTOR of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Nee is extremely knowledgeable in the market and is totally dedicated to the service and satisfaction of his clients.

James Badia

James moved to the Southeast in 1987 to attend the University of South Carolina and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management. He continued his education at Marylhurst University, earning a Master’s Degree in Business. Ultimately settling in the lowcountry, James has spent the last 17 years working with large hospitality developers on the Commercial Real Estate & Property Management side of the industry. James holds several designations with Community Associate Institute including: PCAM, AMS & CMCA. His passion resides in Customer Service and assisting those around him. He enjoys spending his free time traveling, surfing and spending time with his wife and their 160 lb Bloodhound named Blue.
