After graduating from the University of Virginia, Pam began her professional career as an intensive care nurse and she has spent the majority of her adult life in the South Carolina Lowcountry. In 1978, "I established Pam Harrington Exclusives for the sole purpose of renting villas on the fledgling resort island of Kiawah, she says. "Within five years or so, through lasting relationships, I began to sell real estate predominantly on Kiawah Island. From there, business has grown and expanded to where we are today. My dedicated staff and I are here to provide the utmost in personalized service — whether it be selling or renting — to every customer or client."

Sue Gaylard

Sue is originally from Sydney, Australia. After several trips across the oceans, she now calls Charleston her home. "For the past ten years, I have been fortunate to be a part of the Pam Harrington Exclusives sales team," she says. "I enjoy working in such a unique market, meeting people from all over the country, and assisting them in their purchases, many of whom have visited Sydney." When not working, Sue is an avid tennis player. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and participating in the many activities and events only the Lowcountry has to offer.

As a full-time resident of Kiawah Island for the last ten years, Harry has been in real estate development and sales during this entire time. "I sell what I love," he says, "the Kiawah life." He is an active golfer, tennis player, boater, swimmer and "beacher." His enthusiasm for Kiawah Island and its life style is infectious. His knowledge of the market is all-encompassing. He sells Kiawah with a commitment that comes from being 'all in."

Nee Inabinett

Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Nee is a true Charlestonian. "I pursued a career in the hospitality industry by working at various resort destinations in Hawaii, Missouri, Florida, and St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands." he says. "When my son enrolled at The Citadel, I returned to the Charleston area and soon after joined the Pam Harrington Exclusives sales team. We're a small company with a total commitment to service, which is an ethic I understand. I enjoy seeing our clients' dreams come to fruition and-very often-we exceed their highest expectations."
