A GUIDE TO SEABROOK ISLAND

Seabrook Island Club Amenities.

All amenities offered by the Seabrook Island club are available to guests of Seabrook Exclusives at no additional charge. The club amenities include 2 championship golf courses, a tennis center featuring 16 Har Tru clay courts; an equestrian center with trail and beach rides; oceanfront dining and a fitness center. Guests may also enjoy a variety of outdoor water sports, and access to the oceanfront club pools. Biking and crabbing are also popular island activities. Family activities include Youth Activities and a Game Room with pool table, ping pong and pinball.

The Seabrook Shoppe summer hours are 9am - 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 9am - 7pm Friday through Sunday. It is located adjacent to the Beach Club pools. The Shoppe offers sundries, snacks, drinks, coffee, bathing suits, umbrellas, and other specialty items.

Beach.

Seabrook Island has carefully preserved and protected its beautiful and unspoiled expanse of beach. North Beach stretches along the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and Pelican Beach leads up to the mouth of the pristine North Edisto River. Seabrook Island guests always have the option of swimming, shelling, fishing, crabbing, jogging, or simply walking the island's breathtaking shoreline-any time of the day or night.

Landscape.

Development never compromised the fragile ecological balance of the lush maritime forest, scenic tidal marshes and meandering creeks that are home to deer, alligators, bobcats and coastal birds. Seabrook Island is South Carolina's first Fully Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. If anything, Seabrook's natural features and beauty are now more accessible to island guests than at any time in the past.

Dining.

From fine to casual fun, there are dining options for everyone on Seabrook Island. Take your pick of views: dine along the ocean, tidal creek or fairway.

Things to do.

Seabrook Exclusives' guests can enjoy all amenities offered by The Club at Seabrook. These include oceanside pools, a fitness center; two championship golf courses; tennis courts and lessons; as well as horseback riding and instruction.

Shopping.

Located next to the Beach Club pools and open seasonally, the Seabrook Shoppe sells apparel, gifts, snacks, gourmet food, coffee, beer and wine. The nearby Bohicket Marina includes shops, restaurants and a day spa. Just outside the gate to Seabrook and connected by a bike path is Freshfields Village, which has boutique shops, eateries and a beautifully-stocked full-service supermarket.
