Things to do in Charleston in December


December is a great time to head into the city and visit a museum. Charleston is home to a variety of museums including the Charleston Museum, The Gibbes Museum, and the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum.

The Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum allows visitors to explore the USS YORKTOWN. It is one of only 24 Essex-class aircraft carriers built for the United States Navy to serve during World War II.
