Championship Golf & Pro Shop
In 1996, Seabrook Island’s golf courses earned the distinction of being the first in South Carolina and 75th course in the nation to become a certified member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf. Today, Seabrook Island offers 36 holes of championship golf on two unique courses. Ocean Winds Golf Course, designed by Willard Byrd, is a 6,765-yard, par 72 course with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views and refreshing and challenging ocean breezes.
Crooked Oaks Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is a 6,780-yard, par 72 course that takes you on a beautifully challenging journey through marsh, maritime forests and centuries-old live oak trees. Seabrook Island Tennis
Rated one of the top 50 tennis resorts in the US by TennisOnline.com, The Racquet Club is Seabrook Island’s full service tennis center with 15 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, private and group clinics led by certified tennis professionals, and a pro shop stocked with the latest and greatest tennis equipment and men’s and women’s apparel. Each fall, the Seabrook Island Racquet Club also hosts the Alan Fleming Senior Open Clay Court State Championships, a South Carolina Level 1 State Championship event. The Seabrook Island Equestrian Center is one of the only places on the East Coast where you can enjoy horseback riding on the beach, and on three miles of trails through some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes. The full service Equestrian Center also offers forty-two stalls, short and long-term boarding, and Western and English instruction for all ages and skill levels. The Seabrook Island Beach Club
The Seabrook Island Beach Club features two oceanfront swimming pools, sun bathing decks with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and soft sands that lead into the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Located at the front of the Beach Club, the Seabrook Shoppe offers snacks, drinks, ice cream, bathing suits, stylish beachwear, pool toys, and coastal gifts. The Beach Club also features an indoor arcade that includes video games, ping pong, air hockey, and more!
Dining at Seabrook Island
The Seabrook Island Club provides a variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner, and special events. Every summer, Seabrook Island dwellers and visitors enjoy great views and ocean breezes at the open-air Pelican’s Nest Restaurant and Bar. Take-out is available by calling 843-768-7785. Bohicket’s Lounge offers a friendly, casual dining experience for lunch and dinner and overlooks stunning views of the Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds golf courses. The Lake House
Nestled along Palmetto Lake, The Seabrook Island Lake House is a traditional style clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center offering yoga, pilates and water aerobics classes, an indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, basketball court and playground.
