This place was perfect and was everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and ready earlier than expected, too! I would recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay in Kiawah at this price point.

This house has everything you need. Short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved sitting out on the screen porch listening to the birds and the ocean waves.

The house is in a great location - easy access to the beach and bike paths! The screened-in porch probably got the most use during our vacation! The home could have better sound insulation (you can hear conversations through the walls).

The Team at Pam Harrington was great, kept us informed of everything we needed to know leading up to vacation time, and checked in on us during the week to make sure things were great.

We came for a week during Christmas and had a great stay. We all enjoyed it. We were a block from the ocean and we were able to take our dig there everyday. The house was clean and had everything you could need. Definitely a house we would come back to.

This was our 35th year at Kiawah, and although this year was a little different, we appreciated the disinfectant and the sanitizing of the house.
Everyone at the beach was respectful of social distancing and each other,that was a bonus.
We were able to take out our favorite meals and had decent weather.

This is our 35 year coming to Kiawah Island and our 7th time at this location and home. It is a lovely setting and furnished nicely. Good pots and pans and enough silverware for everyone! Quick walk to the beach.

I chose this location because of its proximity to the venue of my daughter's wedding. By looking at a map, it seemed to be a short ride via car. Little did I realize that the wedding venue was accessible via a bike path. It was less than a 1/4 mile walk so we just walked to the wedding!

119 Surfscoter was quite perfect for us: minutes walk from the beach, very private and quiet (atleast in winter), simple/open house plan/plenty of room for us/comfortable; we loved being on Kiawah/great foodie scene/friendly people

Great location, clean well maintained property well suited to our needs, kitchen layout very convent. Location provides easy access by bike to Night Heron, Town Center, Straw Market, beach, marsh overlook and Beachwalker Park. Thought I would miss having a lagoon adjacent, but the deer in the woods made up for that. Lagoons were nearby and easily accessible for alligator sightings

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kiawah Island. 119 Surfscoter was the perfect house, location and price for us (4 adults and 6 young adults). We were never cramped...loved the screen porch, big open kitchen, dining and living room, comfy chairs, couches and beds, big bedrooms, excellent showers...loved the outdoor shower, perfectly supplied kitchen, etc. etc. The greatest thing was the house had an empty wooded lot right next to the screen porch. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. We absolutely loved everything about it.

This lovely home lived up to its online billing. Our group of 10 was very comfortable during our 5-day stay, with lots of room to be together in the kitchen/family room and adjoining screened-in porch, but also to retreat into the comfortable bedrooms for downtime. The vegetation around the home is lovely, the location affords easy access to island highlights such as the beach, nature/bike trails and the tennis centers (can't speak for the golf as we are not golfers). Management was great in preparing for our stay as well as in resolving a few very minor glitches while we were there. All in all a great place to stay.
