Our family just completed our best vacation experience in many years. This started with the very professional and efficient service provided by Pam Harrington Exclusives. The property chosen (417 Snowy Egret Lane, Kiawah) exceeded our high expectations. The home was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the little extras you'd not typically find in a rental property. Our family of eight couldn't have asked for more.

Our family has vacationed at Kiawah for the past 15 years and previously at both Kiawah and Seabrook beginning in 1990. Subsequently, we have rented numerous properties throughout the years and 417 Snowy Egret Lane is amongst our favorites. The home and furniture, both indoor and outdoor, were in great condition. My wife and daughters were impressed with the kitchen and kitchen furnishings which left them wanting for nothing other than a pantry for storage. My son and son-in-laws were pleased with the condition of the outdoor grill and its connection to a larger home propane source versus bottles.
The appliances, including laundry were in excellent working condition and well maintained. The overall cleanliness of the home was far above average including the front porch, pool deck and outdoor seating areas. I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention the cleanliness of the basement/garage and the beach items available for renter use. The family enjoyed the ping pong table and it was used on several occasions. We also enjoyed the screened porches and Marsh view. The setting is very quiet and secluded versus other homes we have rented.

A perfect vacation home for large families. Abundant fishing, bike trails, short bike ride to beach, nature trails, and all Kiawah has to offer. Kitchen was the best equipped of any rental ever, many upgrades throughout including landscaping and the pool is a huge plus for the guests.

This was our second trip to Kiawah with our entire family and this home was as great as we remembered. It has enough bedrooms and baths for all of us so that we are not on top of each other. The kitchen has everything you would need and things you never thought you would need. Perfect for cooking meals and relaxing at home. The house is clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to come back!

This home provided the perfect escape for our family gathering. There was sufficient space for everyone to play, talk, cook, dine or simply be by themselves. The kitchen was the best equipped that we have ever enjoyed. The pool service was quick, quiet and efficient.

We enjoyed every minute spent at this wonderful vacation home. It is large enough to host a large group. Everyone was able to find a quiet spot to read and also space for the whole group to be together. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you need in terms of cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and convenient. The home is well maintained and clean. We had no issues and would return anytime!

This is our second year renting the house at 417 Snowy Egret Lane for our annual Mother/Daughter getaway. We love the comfort of the home and how responsive the owner is to our questions and concerns. It's always a wonderful trip. The kitchen is fully stocked, the home is extremely clean and we look forward to a relaxing stay every year. The only challenge we've had previously is that the alarms on the doors leading to the pool can be a bit annoying, but we under stand they are there for our safety.

My family and I came to celebrate my 50th birthday and loved staying at a favorite rental home on Kiawah Island! We love the quiet location, the pool deck, and the marsh view. It is a very comfortable house and the only thing missing are pool/beach towels I wish I didn't have to check a small luggage bag to transport these towels down!!

We rented the home to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. We invited our kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the home and had a great time. The home is beautiful, perfectly appointed and the owner is great to work with. The home is located near all on Kiawah which made travel to restaurants, shopping and beaches easy. We'll be back again.

We have a condo on Kiawah, but have been renting homes for the past 6 years to accomodate our large, extended family. This is by far the best home we have rented on the island. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Julie, the owner checks in to insure everything is going well during your stay. We will only rent this home for our future trips to Kiawah!

The owners of this property are always on top of things. When the stove did not work, they managed to get someone to come look at it the same day and then followed up with a phone call. They keep the home in excellent shape and working order, with many amenities, like chairs and other items for the beach, lots of kitchen utensils, etc.

We rented this house for our adult children and 4 granddaughters. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with any pot or pan you could ever use. The cleaning crew must be amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and so were the bathe. Plenty of living space. You do not fall over each other. The kids loved the pool and it was at 85 degrees. All and all our kids loved it and we hope to rent it again. Thank you to the owner for having such a lovely home.

Overall we had an awesome experience in this house for our annual Mother/Daughter weekend. There was enough bedroom space for all 12 of us and the living areas were cozy enough for us to be together at all times. The only slightly annoying part was the alarms on the doors to enter and exit, but besides that, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was great!

We stayed at 417 Snowy Egret to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. 4 families stayed comfortably in this house. We cooked almost every night. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and more. The kids swam in the pool everyday. Such a peaceful place. The house couldn't have been more perfect for our family.

My husband and I invited our four children with each of their significant others to enjoy Kiawah Island with us for a week. We had a wonderful time; very beautiful and relaxing. The pool was fantastic as well as the view of the marsh. We saw fawn, osprey, pelicans and beautiful egrets. The boat we rented allowed us to visit Botany Island and see dolphins and more.

We have been coming to Kiawah for 8 years now and this was by far the best house we have ever rented. We had a mini family reunion and the house was the perfect size and layout. Everyone had their own room and the entertaining areas were just right. The pool was so refreshing to jump into after the beach or a long bike ride. The kitchen was so well stocked and the furnishings were very nice. The owners stayed in contact from the time we booked the house until we arrived. They were so helpful with and always on top of everything with the house. Would highly recommend this home!

We loved the home. Everything was just perfect. Lots of room and supplies which we have not experienced in several other homes we have rented through other sources. The pool was super and the kids really enjoyed it. Having the garage available was a added joy. Great location. Only complaint. We had to leave Wished we could stay longer.

The home was perfect for our three generations. Comfortable and beautifully furnished with a small pool that kept the kids busy each day. We didn't need the pool door alarms, but understood why they were there. The owner thoughtfully provides kitchen supplies and utensils, including some essential cooking ingredients. My only recommendation for an improvement would be under cabinet lighting. Otherwise the house was perfect. This was our first visit to Kiawah island - it's a spectacular community. We all rented bicycles and used the paths to go everywhere. There's a wonderful park and plenty of services nearby. Great meals at the Fat Hen and Low Country Bistro in Charleston. A day trip to Boone Hall plantation in Mt. Pleasant was enjoyed by all. We'll hope to go back to Kiawah Island someday.

We just returned from a 5-day vacation at this 5-star home. The pictures provided here perfectly depict this beautiful property. We even had a deer in the driveway when we arrived! The floor plan is open and has gorgeous views of the pool and the marsh. The home is immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed. The shower in the master bedroom gets a rating of 10. We took long walks on the beach and through many of the beautiful neighborhoods. We had a spa adventure at the Sanctuary and spent a day in Charleston. The heated pool was a perfect place to relax to start and end the day. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend it to others that are looking for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

This home is lovely and immaculate! Almost all of the bedrooms have king or queen beds making it the perfect rental for large groups. If you are staying in the cooler months I highly recommend having to pool heated. We stated in October and it was so nice to take a dip in the warm pool in the mornings. The views are amazing!

Total luxury from the minute you step in the door. Spotlessly clean. Beds were amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Great location. Pool was a a huge hit. We had 3 families there with 8 kids total ranging from 1-6yrs old.

This home is beautiful and wonderfully equipped! The kitchen is advertised as a gourmet kitchen and meets every criteria, good quality pots and pans, great knives, and even baking equipment. Providing plastic containers for leftovers, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels for the week was a treat! Even quality TP, not the single ply, hand soap in every bath, dish washing detergent and laundry detergent. Small items for sure but certainly appreciated. The motion sensitive night lights were great for the children with us. And as annoying as the pool alarm doors were initially, they are a life saver! We were happy they were there.
I'd highly recommend this home.

I can sum up our vacation in two words..."ABSOLUTELY PERFECT"! The accommodations were elegant, warm and inviting. As we walked through the home initially, we were filled with "ah ha" moment after "ah ha" moment. It was exquisitely decorated while maintaining a relaxed, beach theme. The downstairs master suite leads right out to the pool and deck area, while the upstairs master suite leads to it's own upper level deck that was perfect for watching the birds late and the sunset late in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice to have ready access to seasonings and herbs. The large gas grill was a huge bonus and we used it at least four times in a one week span. My wife and I truly enjoyed every moment and we were able to build family memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Our youngest son crawled for the very first time while we were there and our three year old daughter began to swim like a fish in the saline pool. We all cannot wait to return again.

Loved our stay at Snowy Egret on Kiawah! The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms and baths were set up with privacy for couples and their small children and the living area large enough for our family to gather together and even eat at the same table (13 of us!!) There is absolutely nothing we would change about the house or it's location. We had 8 adults with several small children so much of our time was spent enjoying the pool (loved the fact that the doors to the pool area had alarms for safety). We rented bikes with trailers that we stored in the garage at night and it was an easy bike ride to the beach or around the island in the evenings looking at the wildlife! We'll return to Kiawah in the future........and will be renting this house again as a family!!

417 Snowy Egret is a wonderful home just as it was presented beforehand. Salt water pool and pool deck was used constantly by G'kids. Sun exposure on pool deck was great from sunrise to sunset, and the views of the marsh and wildlife tranquil and constantly entertaining. The house itself was very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space for our group--2 in 60's, 4 in 30's, and 6 G'kids aged 3-8. Location was convenient to everything important to us. After vacationing at Kiawah for 25 years, everyone agreed this is a home we would like to enjoy next time.

We had a great time! The location was perfect.. The house was located on the marsh with osprey egrets blue herons that appeared every morning! Close to golf and the beach was only a mile away so we rented bikes and rode all through the island and on the beach.. We would come back and stay at the same home again.. Perfect for a family, big spacious living area to hang out in large kitchen and hot strong showers ( steam shower wonderful) especially on a chilly day! Close to charleston so we could go into town often. Not one thing to complain about! Thank you for a wonderful home and place to visit!

Outstanding in every detail! Property was beautiful and offered everything we were looking for. A chance to have family in and not have to go out to eat, clean, swim... This was a chance for our family to be together after a long deployment to the middle east. Bicycles being available at the house (independent contractor) was very nice. We enjoyed riding to the beach and just through the area. We really want to do this again!

The bathrooms were very small. The single pedestal sinks did not even leave enough room to rest a vanity case.
The pool seemed smaller than it had appeared to us in the pictures, but it turned out to be great fun for the grandkids (and adults, too).
It was a real plus for us.
We also loved the deck lounge chairs and the table and chairs under the tree. It made for wonderful outdoor living/dining.
The grill ran out of gas while we were cooking dinner and one of the gang ran to Piggly Wiggly to get it refilled. C'est la vie.
All in all, we had a WONDERFUL time...a great vacation for three generations.

My extended family met at 417 Snowy Egret to spend a week together. The house was beautiful, large enough to accommodate the group yet structured in a way that facilitated closeness at meal and movie time. Initially being on a marsh and being 1.6 miles from the beach kind of bummed us out, to be honest. But wait ! The marsh is positively meditative with the egrets and other birds flying in and out . So incredibly peaceful and a delightfully natural. AND riding the bike to the beach (10 minutes) was fun and something we looked forward to- a bit of exercise, which was a bonus. There is a pool we retired to after spending time at the beach. Fans are in nearly every room. There were needed products for everyday necessities- laundry, kitchen, and bathroom. We have stayed in Kiawah before many times-this was our favorite place.
